Witchita Falls - surgeon

I live in Alabama but my daughter lives in the Lawton (Fort Sill), Oklahoma area. She is mostly interested in lap band but will consider other options depending in the surgeon's experience and success rate. She has heard that there's a good surgeon in Witchita Falls but would like YOUR recommendations. When you recommend someone please include their location and phone number and if it makes a difference, she has tricare insurance.

Don't hold me to it since that is not my "neighborhood" but I've seen the name "Warnack" come up as being located there.
