Good morning!  It’s Monday and a new week is upon us!  I had a great girls weekend in Dallas and can’t wait until I see them again in NOLA for the OH conference next month!  Anyone else going??  It’s going to be a great time! So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Exercise: None today
B: Click mocha frap
L: Shrimp enchilada casserole
D: fish and veggie

S: swiss miss bar, pop chips

Good morning,

I have that I am not going to NOLA, hope you all have a blast.

We leave for Hawaii on Friday so I am trying to say in my lower weight range as I know I will probably bring back a few pounds.

My plan today

B: Omelet / toast
L: Tipalia / veggie
D: Pork loin / veggie / mashed potatoes
S: Fruit / 100 cal snacks
64 oz of water
Exercise: Swim or DVD
