Good morning!  It’s Monday and I am ready for a great week!!  Did a lunch swap with Donna… so now I have 31 lunches in the freezer (king ranch chicken soup, chicken chili, beef enchilada soup, poblano soup, chicken enchilada soup, bean and turkey soup, vegetable soup, and chicken enchilada casserole)  I can’t begin to tell you how hard it was to pick what I was going to have today!!!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
 
B: Believe RTD
L: chicken enchilada soup
S: SF tapioca pudding

D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce and sweet potato fries

S: skinny cow bar

Good morning,

Reading your post makes we want some poblano soup, I have not had that in a long time. 

My plan for the day:

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Chicken breast / veggie
D: Steak / veggie / potatoes
S: Fruit / ????

64 oz of water

OMG Paige!  I bet your house smelled wonderful yesterday!  Makes me hungry just thinking about all that good food!  Not off to a good start this morning.  We are having a fund raiser for the Susan G.Komen org that consists of desserts!  I did not bring one so I gave a $20 donation and of course I have to go sample a few things.  Holy moly, they have cake balls in all different flavors, bread pudding, sopapilla cheesecake, banana split cake, sweet potato pie, pecan pie, cookies, etc.  All homemade and $1 a sample.  So far I've only spent $3 and have 1/2 of it left.  Not feeling great after 1 cake ball and a little banana pudding.  Sweets and I don't mix well... THANK GOODNESS!!

B: chocolate protein powder, soy millk, flax seed
S: 1 cake ball, banana pudding
L: taco salad
S: 1/2 bagel w/ peanut butter
D: Burgers on the grill, sweet potato fries

Here is my plan:

Exercise. Elliptical...DONE

B protein latte
S sf vanilla caramel coffee
L chef salad with low carb dressing
1/2 handful of trail mix and 2 small cookies
D baked fish and roasted eggplant
S Greek yogurt with fruit or Swiss miss 100 calorie bar

Got in more liquids while at work!
