Lap band hopeful...

Hi, I am assembling my paperwork to submit to my insurance. There is also another general surgeon who is doing lap bands, and uses Salt Lake Regional. Anyone needing additional information, just let me know.. cross your fingers on my insurance...

Good luck to you. I too plan to have the lapband. i am going to Mexico to have mine done. hopefully 3/16. having surgeon problems. not sure who to go to. working out details. are you lds? i am from ohio and am lds and use to live in Provo. Debby
