Sassy's topic about not getting enough water in reminded me of a new product I bought over the weekend that is soooooo good!!! No calories or carbs just lots of flavor!!! So far my favorite flavor is strawberry/watermelon and a little bit goes a loooonnnngggg way :)

Everyone keeps posting about this so I got some at the store and I'm drinking it right now. It's not too bad. No calories! Just one squirt into your water bottle. It's great when you need a break from crystal light. I guess strawberry/watermelon is next on my list.

Thanks for the post, I heard this is good and I like being able to control how much you put in with this as I am more sensative to sweet since surgery. I'll have to pick some up.

I saw it at Vons which is the same grocery company here in So Cal. I suppose you could call your store so don't make a special trip...

I can't quite read the label. What is it called? Is it near the Crystal Light or w/ the protein drinks?
