first post-op with surgeon

It has been 3 weeks since surgery.  My Dr. says everything seems great.  I have lost 15 lbs in these 3 weeks!! Can not wait to lose more.  I have permission to do my zumba exercises!! yeah!! Love Zumba.

congrats we have the same surgery date an i also had my appt today.  Does it seem like it should come off faster i know this not an easy process but i guess were doing good. Keep up the good work.

Of course it would be great if instead of 5lbs a week it was 10 but I am not sure how healthy that would be.  Keep up the good work yourself.
