Tried out some new receipes and here are the outcomes

So I took many of your advice and started on eggface's website. I selected a couple of her receipes to try. One was the Pizza bites. My first opinion was how weird the texture were. You think that with a name as pizza bites that they would be more dense then what they were. After regrouping....they were really yummy. I made a homemade marinara to go with them and they were even better. My husband came in from work and walked in the kitchen to go into the garage and picked one up. He came back and ate 5 more. HE LOVED THEM!!! LOL The second receipe that I made was a strawberry canoli. These were yummmmmy. I would make them again!! I have two more that I have but I have not made. One is for a chicken salad with an cranberry and apple chutney and a hardly baked cheesecake. Thanks to everyone that helped me with some new ideas.!!!
