Which should I tackle first? Stupid stall!

So I've been stuck at 203 for weeks now. I know it's normal...but I am getting pretty frustrated. Right now i'm averaging 550-600 cals a day, 60-70 grams of protein, 20-30 carbs, 60-70 oz of water.

Should I:
1) eat more calories? And if so how many?
2) cut the carbs down lower
3) exercise more
4) hide the scale and wait it out

Any thoughts?

I would definately up your calories and of course working out never hurts.  I was at a stall too and I upped my calories from around 600 to 800 or so and I walk two miles on the treadmill everyday and now I'm losing about four pounds a week for the past three weeks.  It's never hurts to up your protein but I would try the calories and exercise! Good luck! You'll get through it one way or the other! Keep rockin' that sleeve. You have done great so far!

I would go with eating more calories.... Some carb, some protein.

Shoot, girl... I'd say try one at a time. I think I'd go for more protein 1st. Add another "mini meal" of some dense protein. Now, having said that, I should say that I've been at 174 for two weeks and nothing seems to help! LOL. Gotta love stalling! Blah!

I'd definitely start with increasing your calories - by 100 - 200/day to start (see if that works). Give it 3-4 days, then try the next thing if it doesn't. Increasing your exercise can never hurt...

I was recently in a stall for a whole week; my weight was going back and forth between 215 and 217 (I'd lose and gain every day). I'm definitely eating enough calories and getting enough protein in (at one point, I thought maybe too much of both) It was extremely frustrating!

What I decided to do was to add a brisk 2 mile walk to my day. I've since started losing weight again.

Good luck!
