iPhone app
I use Fatsecret.com, which has an iPhone app. I track, calories, fat, carbs, protien, my weight & exercise on it. It has tons of foods with all the stats already there and a barcode scanner for store-bought stuff. It's super easy to use...I would log onto Fatsecret and ask Mr. Humble for flowers...{{Hugs}}
