100 lbs. LOST Before and after pics
Hi everyone!
Thank you all so much for your support and help. My stall finally broke and I am official 100 down from my heaviest weight ever. It was 266 and I weighted in at 166.2 this morning. Yeah! I never thought I would ever get to this point in my life again. I was probably 14 the last time I was this size, that was 18 years ago. This is the greatest thing I could have ever done for myself. I have my life back. It can be a challenge at times but nothing was a challenging as leaving my life as a 266 lbs women. Below is my list of things I have done in the past few months that I wounldn't have been able to do without my surgery.
Ran in the ocean waves playing and splashing around with my kids.
Play tennis with my husband and not pass out
Fix on a airplane without an extender
Run through airports to actually make a flight
Wear a dress and feel pretty
Cross my legs
Make it through a holiday without gaining weight
Go to the gym and lift weights
Go to the gym and feel like I belong there
Run a 5k in 37 minutes
Take a picture and love it
Jump into my husbands arms and he didn't drop me
Have sex and enjoy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Feel confident to give a presentation in front of people
Squeeze past people in a crowded restaurant and not have my belly or butt hit people
Wear size 12 clothes
Like shopping in the regular sizes at the store
Actually able to find things a thrift store
Keep my house clean
Keep up with my 2 and 6 year old
Hear my family tell me I look pretty and I actually believe them
I am able to be the woman God made me to be and do the things He has called me to do.
