Amazing how the weightloss adds up!!! Don;t get discouraged!!
OK, we all know how it feels when we just losse .2 or .6 or even 1 pound a week, we are like "what? when I am only eating this amount???" But, I was astounded at my second month when adding up the losses, another 10.8 pouds lost, freakin' amazing!! I have stepped up the working out and really feeling the inch loss too!!!
So, my friends those small week losses all really add up, and your body does reward all the good work you do!!!
