What do u eat for pureed

I satarted my pureed ,but i dont remember how much to start with!

I used very small bowls.  No more than 1/2 cup and even then you may not be able to finish.  I liked a poached egg (tasted like gold!) chew it very very well,  I also liked ricotta cheese w some parm and mozzarella cheese and a tsp of tomatoe sauce and a sprinkle of oregano when I was craving pizza.
