How to post pictures..

I can't figure out how to post pictures in the forum. I went to "help" and it just said to copy and paste but that didn't work for me.  Can someone please help? Thanks!

I know you can upload pictures to a album on OH and then select the ones you want to post from there.

Upload your pics to your pictures (in "My OH"). Then, open OH in another window, so you can right-click and copy from the window open to your pictures and then paste in the post that's open in the other window.
