April sleevers! How ya doing???
Been away from here for a while, like they say just living life to the fullest!!! ;)
I went for my 3 month check up yesterday, they are happy with my 42 pounds loss since highest weight! It has slowed down a ot lot but that is ok as I have been to Cancun and had a little wine too!! Things are great! I am learning to under eat my sleeve so that I don't get the sneezes (that is my sign!!) and the uncomfortablehalf hour!!!
How are you all doing??? This was totally one of the best decisons I have ever made for myself!!
Have a wonderful healthy day!!

Doing well overall. Still not satisfied with what I'm able to eat. I don't mind protein shakes, but I'd love to be less reliant on them (still half my protein).
On the other hand, I'm down 75 lbs from my highest and over halfway to goal. Feeling great, good energy.
Got my 3 month visit tomorrow, hoping my labs look good.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
Doing great! Still losing 2-3lbs most weeks, without much trouble. Enjoying everything, and shrinking out of all my clothes feels great, even if I hate having to replace them! I can only eat 2oz, so I understand the eating under sleeve capacity.. the few times I thought I'd try a little more just left me a little uncomfy for a few. Not even worth it for the couple extra bites.. Weirdly enough, I feel totally normal.. except for my constant logging, measuring, vites, protein drinks.. Haha! Seriously though, it's my new normal and it does feel great!
I'm doing great! I'm exactly 1/2 way to goal, 10 weeks post surgery today. I'm shrinking out of/into lots of clothes which is mostly fun but occasionally sad (favorite tops that now look like caftans). It is so much more fun to get dressed now. I'm not a hard core anti-carb gal--it's not what my nut recommends--but when I eat grains I eat whole grains. Doing great with protein and water, biking daily plus walking, push-ups, core work sprinkled through the week.
