Well I am a little late on my 1 year update. There are lots of emotions here about the one year mark. It was an exciting landmark for my weight loss but it was also sad that I was already 1 year out. My goal was to have lost 100 pounds by my one year mark but did not make it quite to 100. The good thing is that I have lost more weight than ever before which is awesome. Still taking it one day at a time. If I eat something bad then I start over the very next minute and eat better.

Had my followup with my surgeon he was happy with my weight loss. He did think I should start wellbutrim for carb craving and a little saddness. Anyways thats about it. Still working hard on it and am determinded that I will make it to goal!!

congrats on your one year. Great job.
My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Hey Amy....

Congrats on one year and your weight loss !!!

I want to encourage you to keep connected to your goals........

It's a good time to wipe the slate clean.......

Just think how much more you know about VSG and weight loss right now than when you started this think.....

Start a new.....with the knowlege and wisdom to get to goal, what ever that number may be....

Go for it !!!
