7 month VSGR
Hi my VSG friends
12th will be 7 months since surgery one of the best decisions I have made. Last night I measured myself which I hadn't done for a couple of months have lost total of 53 inches and 95 lbs woo hoo!!
Every month I seem to hit a hitch in the road and don't lose for 7 to 10 days have contininued to lose 10 lbs a months. Feeling so much better getting the confidence back that I used to have. Continuing the journey one of the best journeys of my life.
