HOW DO I TAKE IT?

ok so I have to take BIOTIN and the pill is really big!!!! how do I take it? can I open it and just take the powder? or should I try to swollow the whole pill? because I don't think it will work :( please help me out I really need to take it and I don't know what to do.        THANK YOU

open it up and mix with a small amount of water and sip it. 

If it's bitter (which many vitamins are, when you try to eat the 'powder') you can try taking a little spoonful of jello or pudding, making a hole in the center, pouring in the contents of the pill, then swallowing the whole bite. That's what worked for me.

 I bought a chewable ( I think it's a fruit flavor and not bad at all) Biotin. You can purchase it on the internet.....Vitaminshoppe.com   =)

 Just so you know....I have been taking pills since the day off surgery and have had NO problems getting them down =) It's ok with my surgeon, not sure what yours recommends.

I have a itty bitty thing that I put under my tongue (sublingual) and it dissolves in 3 seconds.  I got it at drug emporium for $23 a bottle.  But in your case, open it and put it in some apple sauce and take a quick drink of H2O right after that bite.......

Yer a few days post op! WHY on earth are you taking UNNCESSARY and WORTHLESS supplements like BIOTIN?

If yer tryin to SAVE yer hair from the normal shed/thinnin...supplement w/ KRILL OIL!  small gelcaps..slide down easy....BENEFITS GALORE!! Not only with testosterone--->DHT conversion
that causes hair loss.
Save the BIOTIN for the REGROWTH STAGE only period of time its worth a damn...~6-7 months POST OP.

I also took pills since second day post op.. If you cannot get it down for a week or so, it's not the end of the world- biotin is nice (whether it helps with hair loss is debatable) but not essential for sure..

I take Natures Made Bioton 2500 mg.  They are a very small purpe pill. Its a liquid softge.  I take 2 at a time and they go down very easy.  However I did not start taking them till 3 months out when I really started to lose hair.
