Protein samples

where can I get nectar or other recommended brands of protein samples? I am going to go to Vitamin shoppe to look today but honestly there are so many things under protein i dont even know what to look for. Right now im struggling to get my shakes in with premier protien premade shakes and bariatric advantage. Anyone have any suggestions of what to buy at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC?

Look online at www.dietdirect.com   Diet Direct is a great company where you can get Protein Soups, Protein Hot Drinks, Protein Gelatin, Protein Powders, Protein Bars, Vitamins...and the more you buy the cheaper it is.

I really like their soups (chicken, beef, tomato) as well as the strawberry banana gelatin with greek yogurt. Their bars are great too....when I can have them again I will.

You don't have to be stuck with shakes all the time. Success is in flavor and choices.
