Need to be reminded....

I need to revisit all the rules and get myself back on track to drop these remaining pounds.

I had surgery in Mexico.
All went well until 1.5 years ago,
I started the bad carbs and have lost my way to gain 30 lbs back, crave carbs for comfort and,numbing feelings etc.
I am going to the Center for Balanced living for eating problem.
s
Now, Please remind me of where I should start I need to lose 50 lbs.
Maybe a daily food menu also.
Should I start with protien coffee then protein shakes?
or.....

Ok, I'm not a vet, only 2.5 months out. But I'm living it now, so I'll share what I'm doing to lose the weight. First of all, I track on myfitnesspal.com. It has a HUGE food database and very easy to use.  I make sure to get 90 grams of protein 700-800 calories and no more than 40 carbs. I start my day with protein shake and that gets me 29gr of protein right away. I think your main focus should be high protein, LOW carb and tracking it all.  And ofcourse, some exercise thrown in too! Good luck to you! :)
