Joined Move to Lose at YMCA

Survived week one of the YMCA move to lose program, which consists of teams of 3 on a 12 week challange to lose as much weight as you can, change habits, and improve health. So this will be interesting. This is my way to get back on track after all the summer fairs, vacations, and good eating. Plus is always more fun to exercise with others.
