Curious...

 For those who lost a good amount of weight pre op, did you still lose a lot the first couple of weeks after surgery? 

 I was able to lose 50 pounds preop and I will be 3 weeks out on 11/9. The scale shows I'm down about an additional 19 lbs.  Don't know if this will keep up, though.  My highest weight was 346 in Feb.  Day before surgery, wt - 296, and scale this AM was around 276-277.  Don't know what my ticker will show.  I tried to update it this afternoon!  I'm anxious to hear from others who lost a fairly good amount before surgery.  Thanks for asking the question.    Judy

 Well, looks like my ticker hasn't updated yet.  Total wt lost is around 69 lbs.

 I guess all I needed was patience.  My ticker updated!

I lost 68 pounds preop, but it took me a year.
