Cheese!
I can eat a cheese stick in less than 15 minutes, feeling no preasure no restriction nada!
My full sign is burping and I don't even do that.
Any way to keep from over doing it? I guess I could just weigh/measure it. This sucks I love cheese!

At least cheese is a slider food high in protein and low in carbs.

I absolutely LOVE cheese and I would eat it at EVERY meal if I could!

I have to rein it in, myself.  The easiest way for me to do it is to limit the amount and limit when I can have cheese.

I usually throw some into my lunchbox - and will have it as a morning snack or a mid-afternoon snack.

I have also found that using pre-packaged single servings are best - I will carry either Babybel Light or Schreiber MIld Cheddar...both are 3/4oz size...and I make myself savor each and every teeny-tiny bite!

Wow 15 minutes is a long time! Truthfully, I could probably eat that in 3 min!
