So I had surgery back in August 9th, 2011, and I'm just 4 months out of surgery close to 5months, and I have noticed that It takes more to fill me now than before.   Also i have been feeling more hungry, where I can eat something, and than be ready to nibble again in 30 minutes.

Do you think I should address this with my health care team?  Or maybe its just a phase?
I just don't know what to think...maybe it's normal?  Any help would be good.

I had surgery one day before you and I have noticed that when I eat dense protein, I can only eat 2-4oz and I will stay full longer. Its when I eat vegetables or carbs when I feel hungry and eat more often. It works best for me when I focus on the protein first.

How's your carb intake?  Carbs keep hunger up in many of us.  Switch out some carbs with protein perhaps?

Remember to try to avoid nibbling/grazing too... it'll get ya when you're closer to goal.
