Just ate toooo much, we aren't home so I didn't get to scale my food out. Ouch ouch ouch!
Any remedies?

I have eaten papaya enzyme tablets.  It seemed to help get the food moving.  Or I have just made myself throw it up.  Sorry, I know that isn't very appealing but it is a reality.

Maybe it's just me but, I usually sip tiny amounts of water until the feeling goes away.

 Walking after a meal helps me.  Certain dense foods like eggs sometimes weigh heavily on me, its better in about half an hour if I walk around after eating.

Worst case, drink some liquid.  You'll pay for it down below later.  I know it's not much help. Did it twice and never again...I promise.

Drinking within 30min of my last bite is something I'll never do. Thanks for the suggestin though. It passed after about 20 minutes. I am good now though.

 You dont wanna drink after you ate too much, you'll just throw up.

Just walk walk walk lol. It's such a terrible feeling.
