pro 5 protein shakes????
I am needing to get back on track and was thinking about changing up my protein. I have heard about pro 5 protein hers from some other people and was wondering if anyone has had any type of experience with this particular protein powder.
What is your favorite protein? I have been drinking EAS but getting tired of it since they have a "new formula".

Hey Amy!! I use Dymatize ISO-100 Gourmet Vanilla. Very versatile. I usually blend it with ice in my bullet. I add 1 tbsp each of instant coffee and SF chocolate syrup (Torani not Hersheys) along with a cup of 1% milk. Yum!! Better than a SB Mocha Frappe, IMO!!
The Dymatize is waaay more expensive than a lot of the other protein powders I have tried but to me it is sooo worth the extra cost. I can actually stand the smell and the taste. The smell of some powders gag me!!
