HAHA Made you look...Scale went down..15 more lbs since 12/13.

WOO HOO!!!

Cleared to use my new Eliptical.....

I have asked the Doc if I can assist at seminar's etc. and she was thrilled saying with my personality I would be good at it. (I am super excited and find it helps motivate me to help others)
