How much to excerise?

Okay Guys! I was sleeved about 1 1/2 years ago and never really workout. but now is wanting to and is unsure how often and how long I should do it for. I would like to know what is the best workout for starters. Thanks for your input!!

 Just go slow and don't stress yourself out..always start with cardio and build from their or get a trainer and build a routine

Start slowly. The worst thing you can do is start too hard and injure yourself. I would start with walking 3-5 times a week just to get yourself in the habit of moving. Start with 10-15 minute reasonably brisk  walks and work your way up in intensity and distance.   When you get to the point where it's 'easy,' push harder.  After you build up your fitness level, you can look at more strenuous exercise and strength training.
