Weird day, should i be concerned?

Let me first state that yesterday I felt amazing.  I slept well, got out with my daughters and just all around felt great. 

Today, I got up and did some light housework and felt started feeling a radiating pain in my lower right hand side of my back.  I figured, okay I threw my back out again, its happened before.

But tonight, I feel like i have a tightening in my chest. Like a stuck pill or something.  I am 12 days post op, and have been following meal plan though today (and yesterday) I had approximately 2 tbsp pureed bean turkey chili with sour cream.  Very very small amount very well pureed. I felt fine yesterday and i had my food today around 2 pm.  I drank a slimfast around 9 and that is when the tightening began.  I swear I cant even sleep now it is bothering me and worrying me so much.  I also realized I hadnt taken my prilossec (sp?) so I took that about 10.

Should I be worried?  I imagine this feeling is the full feeling but good lord I barely had anything today at all.

It could be related to the surgery. I'm not a doctor but, those are also symptoms of heart related problems. I would get to your doctor or ER for a check. Heart attacks and such are nothing to be ignored. I feel it's better to be safe than sorry.

Call your doc right away and get his take on things.  If you can't reach him, go to the ER.  This could be a heart problem or it could be something stuck (rare, but it happens).
