Is it normal not to lose weight during the liquid diet? Following the diet as directed, no cheating, and weight keeps fluctuating up and down. Last week I lost 4 lbs and this week I have them back - what gives? Did anyone else experience this also?
I was on my pre op diet for 3 weeks, didnt lose anything =( but I told my dr I was still hungrey and he gave me some diet pills. Thats how I lost 10lbs pre op.
