6 months update-start weight 274lbs.-current weight 179.2
As of this morning I have lost 94.8 lbs. I was hoping for the big 100lb. loss at 6 months, but I am thankful for what I have reached.
I follow the 600-800 calories, I drink 64+ water a day and I exercise on a regular basis. My protein intake is between 70-80 gr. a day and carbs are under 40.
I try to plan all meals and snacks, and to respect the fact that the sleeve really is a tool and not a cure all for obesity. That each day I have to continue to do my part and that this is a lifestyle change, not a diet.
I feel better than I have in years and I am very thankful.

I personally dislike the "lose xxx weight by yyy date" goals. They set us up for disappointment. You'll get there, regardless of timing. Keep rockin' it!
