Additional Information about Genisoy Soy Protein Ultra XT

Hi All,

I recently recieved a can of the Genisoy Soy Protein Ultra Xt in Vanilla Flavour and I am wondering if anyone has tried this product. It says it can be used with Water, Milk, and it can even be Baked (although I heard using protein in your baking can render it useless)

From what I have gathered reading here Whey is the best protein for my sleeve, But I am interested in trying this protein.

I welcome any advice, or recipes :)
