I am having surgery in new orleans on february 23. I have a small problem, the friend that was going to bring me will be having varicose vein surgery. My son and I share my vehicle and he has to work and cannot bring me. Is anyone having surgery the same day? I would pay for the gas to get us there. Thanks for any help in this situation.

i live in lafayette, la and i have to travel to tulane in new orleans, that's the only way medicaid will pay for the surgery.
