I use myfitnesspal. com on the computer and the iPhone.  (The data shows up both places.)  I input the food, the program gives me a summary of protein, calories, carbs, sodium, fats, sugars, certain vitamins, etc.   It also allows me to input my fluid intake and my exercise.

I like low carb diet assistant. It's $2.99 but it tracks your water and you protein/carb intake as wellas your exercise.

On my fitness pal! If you go to home, then daily you will get the breakdown of your protein, carb etc.
