I cant seem to shake the last few. More cardio, less cardio, more calories, less calories, more weight lifting, less weight lifting, more carbs, less carbs.
I think I'm gonna go for that cookie diet if this don't move along!
Great job for you. You look to be losing quite steady. You should be at the 100 lb mark in a few days/week? I think.
