3 weeks out today
I am only getting in about 300 to 400 calories a day. I get close to 60oz of water and protein varies from 40g to 60g (I know I need more). I lost 2 pounds a day for 2 weeks, then stalled and have not lost anything in a week. I have dropped 2 sizes in clothes.
I feel like I have lead strapped to my ankles... just a little weak. A little fatigued.

I think I was about the same at 3 weeks. I was kind of freaking out when I realized how little calories I was taking in, but it doesn't take long to ramp up. Drinking water helped my fatigue, you might try it if you are up to it. Isn't it cool when your pants are so baggy you can't wear them?
