Started the liquid diet on 4/2. 8 days in I have lost 21 pounds! My surgery is 4/23. Looking forward to changing my life. Experiencing some anxiety. Fighting doubt. I think I can I think I think I can.
Woo-HOO! I am also having surgery on 4/23! I am on day 2 pf the pre - op diet...I am surviving it...not liking it but it's doable! Good luck to you...and it's nice to find another sleeve buddy!
