New to the VSG forum!

Hello All,
I've been reading posts for a few weeks now,  but just decided to jump in and join! I am a soon to be VSGer...I have my surgery date scheduled and I'm just waiting for the green light from the insurance company. Thanks for the encouraging and insightful posts each day. This community has really helped me to make up my mind and go for it! I cannot wait to change my life. 

By the way, how do I get one of those cool weight countdown thingies on my page? The xxx pounds lost, and xxx pounds to go? Those are too cool, lol.

Congrats on your decision to make a change in your life.  It's one heck of a ride. You will not be sorry!  I have not regretted one single day since my surgery.  It's alot of work but well worth it!  Keep me posted.
