Highest weight was 255. On my day of surgery (May 7th) I weighted 215. Got on the scale today and weighted 198! 17lbs lost since surgery, 55 lbs total and officially in wonderland. This is the first time I have been "happy" about this surgery. I'm still on liquids and really wasn't happy or excited about the surgery to start with but I did it for my health. The weight loss is an added bonus. Anyways, first time since I entered the vsg world I have been "happy" about it. I'm officially under 200 lbs!
It must be so difficult to be pressured into something so life-changing against your true will. I admire you for sticking with it, because my family doctor told me he had a patient who had a gastric bypass and never lost weight because he just drank high calorie shakes all day long.
And now that you're in ONEDERLAND!!!
I hope you begin to experience more satisfaction with your sleeve as you continue to lose, so that it can end up being the positive lifechanging tool we all want it to be.

Congratulations! I know it must be hard but you're doing great and will get happier as you get back to normal I'm sure. Can't wait to join you on the loser's bench!!
