PROTEIN!!
Well consistantly getting 80-85 is better than me! I haven't been as diligent about shakes as I should be. Some days I just don't want them! Today helped b/c I drank 2 - so thats the only reason I reached 100 was b/c 60 of it was shakes! Someone told me that if you can get in 30 g of protein w/in the first 30 minutes of waking up, that it will make it easier to get it all in & boost your weight loss...so thats what I did today :)
And as for the scale...GRRR! I swore to myself that I wouldn't be this way, but during the first month the weight was just flying off, it's hard to look at the scale not moving now! Especially since I'm working out 5 days a week and not eating ANYTHING that I'm not supposed to!

I'm on a 4 week stall and I want to knock someone out, but I'm staying focused. Weigh day is tomorrow so we'll see

I'm bad about my protein too. I sometimes get my 70g as my surgeon insists on, but most days I get about 50-55g. I just forget to eat still at 5 months out. I just don't think about food that much. I gotta get better. I'm starting to see more hair in my hairbrush everyday. I bet that's the culprit. Also, I notice some dizziness a couple times a month. Shame on me!! I'm still losing consistantly. No stalls yet (knock on wood). I still weigh everyday too. It just keeps me on track, plus I like seeing the numbers drop even by .2 or .4lbs. As you can see on my weight loss, I have .2lbs to go til I've lost 115lbs since Oct 3, 2011..That's my tomorrow goal...
