Whats your opinion on Smoothie King smoothies post op?

Depends on which one.

I *think* they have one that is fairly low in sugar, and you can add a protein supplement to it.

Having said that, most of them are going to be really high in sugar, and sugar in any significant quantity makes my two-month-out tummy very sick. Just be careful.

The peanut butter banana Gladiator is awesome...high in protein, not sure of the other stats, but I lived on these for the first few weeks post op.

 Lot of carbs in liquid form.  Liquid calories are the enemy.
