Looks like sexy waves to me!!
I recently got my hair cut and my stylist got scissor happy & gave me the shortest layers. I usually dont cry over my hair being too short but dang, she jacked up my hair!!! Now I am debating if i want to "fix it" by doing a very short angled bob but I'm too scared to. I just have to wait until after summer to fix it. Boo! Oh well...
