Since I just had surgery 9 days ago and do a whole lot yet I've been watching a lot of tv.

Exercise, swimming in particular. It's old hat for me now. I go to work, go to the gym, spend my 2+ hours working out followed by 30 - 60 minutes of the sauna then off to bed to do it all over again the next day.

Some weeks I am so bad I also go Sunday after church! Here recently I went to the gym & worked out eight days in a row! I love fitness & I love my sleeve!

 exercise and coffee.  I used to have maybe 2 coffees a week, I now have 3-4 a day!  And I exercise, a lot!  I love it.

I check it several times each day from my iphone.

If I am stressed, I still tend to want to eat crunchy foods.....instead of chips, I eat cucumber, carrots, celery, microwaved turkey pepperoni.

 At first my obsession was the plan. What am I eating? Make sure to measure! Oh no, I can't eat that ! The new focus is on exercise. My weight hit a plateau because I haven't been faithful to the exercise. My energy level is out of control and the weather is great, so yesterday, 22 miles on my bike and today 90 minutes of bikram yoga. I feel great....I think that I will be busying myself with new ways to keep active so that I don't get bored !!!
