So what is your new obsession/habit/addiction?
Do you think you still have that obsession with food, but its turned into the obsession of sticking to the plan, planning the plan, logging the plan?
I have discovered that my house is cleaner! I'm finding that when I'm bored and would normally eat.. Instead I'm walking upstairs and folding laundry instead of letting it pile up. I walk into the kitchen and think oh yah, I can't eat right now. Hmm.. so I guess I'll unload the dishwasher instead haha.
I'm crossing my fingers that once I'm cleared for exercise that can become a good new addiction too! haha.
