One month!!!
Well, one month has come and gone and I am feeling great! I've been in a stall for about a week and a half :( but that's okay. What I know, but don't always remember, is that I can't control what the scale says. What I can control is what I eat and drink. I am getting used to tracking and it's becoming second nature. I've been dancing for my activity, but might join a gym soon. I don't like gyms, but I know i'll need to strength train soon. Plus, I would love to be able to swim laps.
Anyway, the exciting part. In month one I lost 21.4 pounds! I lost 7.8 pre-op for a total of 29.2 pounds. I've lost 31.75 inches since surgery! I didn't measure pre-op.
