I've had it a few times since I started on soft foods, but even now it's one of the few foods that gives me indigestion.

My NUT highly recommended it in the pureed stage....just like Happy said - put it in the blender first. I couldn't eat much of it at one time of course but it was tasty and a change from other things that seemed too bland on the pureed stage.

Thanks again everyone. Sounds like it was ok for some and not others. Trial and error I guess. May have to see how I handle it just for something different. I appreciate all the advice.

Pintos and cheese from Taco Bell with no red sauce has worked for me since moving into soft foods and on the go.  Can usually eat half and feel satisfied.  Adding sour cream (light of course) may or may not be an option.  I am having issues with some dairy products.
