Hormone Surges

I am 8 weeks out when does it end? I am a range of emotions not many being very good!

all of that estrogen that was stored in the fat cells are being released.... thats pretty normal.... take some of that emotion out on the treadmill

I'm 7 weeks out, and I routinely have to go for what my family calls "a stomp around the block."  Otherwise, I might start shouting at folks who haven't actually done anything wrong.  If it's unbearable, seek out some help.  If you can manage the irritibility/anger/whatever with a bit of stomping and pouting, then I wouldn't worry too much.
