 Breakfast- kroger carbmaster yogurt with soy nutlettes (used like granola)
At some point today, 1 shake
Lunch likely spinach salad with hard boiled egg and bacon on it.
Dinner- a ready to eat envelope of an Indian di****hrow precooked chicken in with it to soak up flavor... eat the protein and a bit of the lentils.

Snacks usully are a Yasso frozen greek yogurt, the shake, and 1 other yet to be determined.

Surgeon: Chengelis  Surgery on 12/19/2011  A little less carb eating compared to my weight loss phase loose sleever here!
