Halfway Point!

Woot Woot! That's the way to do it! Find goals along the way and celebrate them... I always found SOMETHING every 5-15 pounds. It keeps you motivated to get to your "goal". Otherwise it just seems... never ending, ya know?

Agreed. My next mini-goal is my high school graduation weight of 223. Almost there. I already hit pregnancy weight (280), marriage weight (235), etc.
After that, it gets trickier. I guess I'll just go for 5-10 pound increments. Can't really conceive of being smaller than I was at 17, even if that was still huge.

Percentage of total loss. BMI points. Big goal numbers (25/50/75/etc). You can find ALL kinds of numbers to keep it going... make it mean something... even if it's only in your own head. And if 5-10 pounds works, go for it, girl!
