Do you notice more restriction on the days you have really work out?

Hi everyone,
I am over fourteen months out and I have found that the days that I exercise with greater intensity...I have more than normal restriction.
For example-today I did a back to back class of body combat  and then body pump.  A total of two hours of working out.
I later went to eat my carbmaster yogurt and could not finish four ounces and even felt a small case of the slimmies.
I have worked out the entire time since I have had the sleeve surgery and I have found this to be just part of my journey.
I am not complaining...in fact I am grateful for the restrictive feeling, I was just wondering if any of you feel this after intense workouts.
Thanks and best wishes to you all!  :)

Hey London - good to see you on here!

I haven't found any rhyme or reason to my restriction - some days its incredible, others not as much.  No complaints from me either - Even on my less restrictive days it's better than pre-op by miles and miles!

I posted about this very thing a couple of months ago I definitely feel more restriction after exercise. In fact, I go ahead and plan a protein shake after workouts now instead of for breakfast because I know that if I rely on a solid-food dinner after working out to finish out my protein, I won't get it all in.

Sorry I missed your post! :)  Great idea about the protein shake...it is great that you exercise in the morning.  I feel if I exercise in the morning...I make the best choices through out the day.
You have done so well and I wish you continued success in your journey! :)

Nope.  Exercise makes me hungry, and I could (but don't) eat quite a bit.
