In my experience hunger is not near as strong...I couldn't feel when I was full, cause nerves are cut, so it's very important to weigh everything...and even that isn't always accurate. Some things take up more volume.
As far as when, or what you can eat....well every program is different, and I would follow you're surgeons guidelines to a tee.
I didn't have a hard time adjusting to my new way of eating...and it didn't take long to adjust....never have had any remorse...yet...all in all, I'm very happy, and I feel better than I have in years!

Hello everyone ... I FINALLY had my surgery on Nov 2nd ... 3 days ago .... I left the hospital yesterday . I am a bit sore where the drainage tube is .... i am having it removed tomorrow !!! Can anyone tell me if it hurts ?
also , has anyone felt hungry during the only liquids stage ?
I am already craving solids :(
