 Hello everyone

I already set the date for my sleeve procedure .. but I have a few concerns !!!
Will my constant huunger go away ?
or is just the ability to eat less ?

What kind of stuff you are not suppose to eat
How soon can you eat

Is it hard to get used to your new eating habits ??.

Thks

Congratulations!
In my experience hunger is not near as strong...I couldn't feel when I was full, cause nerves are cut, so it's very important to weigh everything...and even that isn't always accurate. Some things take up more volume.
As far as when, or what you can eat....well every program is different, and I would follow you're surgeons guidelines to a tee.
I didn't have a hard time adjusting to my new way of eating...and it didn't take long to adjust....never have had any remorse...yet...all in all, I'm very happy, and I feel better than I have in years!
